Alfred is a Ugandan farmer, politician, and policy maker at the local government level. He is a community leader who interacts with farmers, policy makers, and technocrats at the local level. He has advocated for more youth to consider farming as a business, constructing granaries to act as stores and planting trees for environmental sustainability. Alfred is an Alliance for Science Global Leadership Fellow pursuing a bachelor’s degree in public administration and management at Uganda Christian University.
