Mr. K.V. Aditya is a branding and communication manager with Sathguru Management Consultants, in India. Previously, he has worked as a communications consultant focused on branding and public relations for the telecom, technology and finance sectors. He is a passionate student of economics and consumer behavior, and has created a management model for business process excellence based on Gandhi’s life. He has fostered numerous start-ups in digital communication. KV believes that a person whose career has been spent handling multiple crises gives a different perspective than one trained solely at fair weather businesses. He has been invited to be a TedxYouth speaker, where he argued that Gandhian thought is the “missing catalyst” in corporate strategy.
