Jon Paulo Roberto “Taikee” Calleja is the CEO of Planter’s Products Inc., a major farm input manufacturer supplying quality seeds, fertilizer and crop protection products throughout the Philippines at farmer-friendly prices. He also teaches at De La Salle University.

Born to a lawyer father and an educator mother as the sixth of seven children, Taikee was educated early in a Benedictine school before going on to study sociology at the University of the Philippines-Los Baños. Determined to follow the footsteps of his father, he pursued the study of law at the Ateneo de Manila Law School. He advocates for environmental protection and believes that the Philippines can make great progress in development, without  sacrificing the health and balance of ecology, by taking advantage of new technologies.
